What a portfolio can and canβt tell you
Screenshots show the surface. They do not show whether a project was delivered on time, whether the scope held, or whether the person who built it was still answering messages three months later. Those are the things that actually matter when you are choosing who to work with, and they are exactly what a grid of images cannot convey.
So the case studies behind these cards cover what a screenshot hides: what the client actually needed, the constraint that shaped the build, and the decisions that came out of it. Every project here is live and linked, which is the most honest check available. A screenshot can be years out of date, a working site cannot.
About
this work.
Ask about a specific project Most of them, yes. Architecture, backend, interface and deployment. A few started as existing products we were brought in to rebuild or extend, which is noted in the individual case study.
Read the case study for the constraint and the decision it drove, not just the feature list. The useful comparison is usually the problem shape, not the industry. A booking flow has more in common across sectors than two products in the same sector do.
The marketing sites were generally a few weeks. The platforms with accounts, billing and multiple user roles took longer. Each case study covers its own timeline, and scope clarity predicted delivery speed far better than technical complexity did.
Every one is live and linked from its case study, which is the most honest check available. A screenshot can be years stale, a working site cannot.
That is the idea. Tell us which of these is closest to what you have in mind, or describe the problem in your own terms if none of them fit. Either way the first conversation is about scope.
