Inqodo is a development studio building websites, SaaS products and AI applications, from a first idea through to a working release, or by improving something that already exists.
The team is led by Usama Arif, who spent six to seven years building and running his own software product before starting Inqodo. That was not agency work, it was a real business, with real users, real churn, and a profit and loss statement to answer for.
Today the team works with founders, small businesses, and agencies across the UK, US, and Europe: new products built from scratch, redesigns of sites and apps that have outgrown their first version, and fixes for projects that started with an AI builder.
The short version of a longer story.
From running a product
to building for others.
Six to seven years building and running a product
Not agency work. A real product, with real users, real churn, and a profit and loss statement to answer for. That experience is why Inqodo treats the business behind the software as carefully as the software itself.
Taking that experience client-side
Founders and businesses kept asking the same question in different words. Not can you build this, but should we, and how. Inqodo exists to answer that question properly before a single line of code gets written.
A small team, with specialists brought in as projects need them
Every project has a clear point of contact from the first conversation to handover. Design, QA, or extra engineering capacity comes in around that when a build genuinely needs it, never a silent hand-off to someone you have not met.

What we
build.
Ask something else Inqodo builds websites, SaaS products and AI applications, from a first idea through to a working release, or by improving something that already exists. That covers new product builds, redesigns of sites and apps that have outgrown their first version, fixes for projects that started with an AI builder, and ongoing collaboration with agencies.
Yes. AI SaaS development is one of our core services: useful AI features, workflows and the product infrastructure behind them, scoped around what a business actually needs rather than AI added as a marketing label.
Yes. Website and product redesigns are a regular part of the work, for sites and apps that have outgrown their first version, undersell the business, or need a rebuild rather than another patch.
Yes. We review the existing code first, then agree a scope to fix, extend, or rebuild what's there. That review is treated as a proper software audit, not a guess based on how the product looks on the surface.
All three. Projects range from first-time founders building an MVP, to established businesses redesigning what they already have, to agencies bringing Inqodo in as a development partner for client work.
