Tavi is an AI-powered career assistant built to solve one of the most demoralising problems in modern job searching: sending out dozens of well-crafted applications and hearing nothing back — not because you're unqualified, but because automated screening systems rejected your resume before any human saw it.
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are used by the vast majority of large employers to filter incoming applications. These systems scan for keyword matches, formatting compatibility, and structural patterns. A resume that reads beautifully to a human recruiter can score zero on an ATS if it's missing the right terminology or formatted in a way the system can't parse. Tavi was built to fix this — at scale, for every job application.
The core workflow is simple but powerful. A user uploads their existing resume, pastes the job description they're applying to, and Tavi runs a detailed analysis: how well does the resume match the language, requirements, and priorities of this specific role? The platform then rewrites the resume — not with generic improvements, but with specific changes that directly close the gap between the user's experience and what this employer is looking for. Keywords are incorporated naturally. Formatting is standardised for ATS compatibility. The result is a resume that's optimised for the machine without reading like it was written by one.
Cover letter generation follows the same logic: tailored to the specific role and employer, grounded in the user's actual background, and structured to pass both screening filters and human review.
The interview preparation tools extend Tavi's value beyond application submission. Based on the job description and the user's profile, the platform generates likely interview questions, suggested answer frameworks, and key talking points — so users go into interviews as prepared as possible.
