AI Arm is an enterprise artificial intelligence division operating across the MENA region, helping large corporations — including banks, healthcare providers, and government-adjacent organisations — deploy intelligent automation into their core business operations.

The challenge AI Arm faces is unique to the enterprise AI market in regulated regions: decision-makers understand the value of AI but are deeply cautious about data security, regulatory compliance, and vendor trust. The platform and its web presence needed to communicate both technical capability and institutional trustworthiness — simultaneously.

Inqodo built the full digital platform for AI Arm with these dual requirements at the core of every decision. The architecture is bilingual from the ground up — not just translated, but genuinely dual-language, with separate content trees for Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) audiences, each optimised for their respective reading patterns and cultural expectations. This is significantly more complex than adding a language toggle: it requires careful state management, font handling, and layout logic that responds to language direction.

The product showcase section was built to present AI Arm's custom workflow solutions in a way that speaks directly to enterprise buyers: clear business outcomes, documented security standards, and specific use cases mapped to recognisable industry challenges. Every element was designed to reduce the perceived risk of a large-scale AI deployment.

From a technical architecture standpoint, the platform demonstrates what AI SaaS development looks like at enterprise scale.
